Our standard diagnostic service call is $119. The senior diagnostic service call is $60; please request senior pricing when booking. The $119 flat-rate diagnostic covers the booked issue during that visit, including regular, after-hours and emergency visits. There is no hourly diagnostic charge, regardless of how long the on-site diagnosis takes. Seniors receive priority scheduling where practical, after urgent safety calls and subject to location and technician availability. Diagnosis only. Repairs are quoted separately before you approve the work. The fee covers diagnosis for that visit; parts and approved repairs are separate.

The ranges are 2026 planning guidance for a standard replacement and include equipment, delivery, standard installation labour and materials, removal of the replaced unit, permit allowance and commissioning. Tax, rebates and non-standard site work are separate.
