Our standard diagnostic service call is $119. The senior diagnostic service call is $60; please request senior pricing when booking. The $119 flat-rate diagnostic covers the booked issue during that visit, including regular, after-hours and emergency visits. There is no hourly diagnostic charge, regardless of how long the on-site diagnosis takes. Seniors receive priority scheduling where practical, after urgent safety calls and subject to location and technician availability. Diagnosis only. Repairs are quoted separately before you approve the work. The fee covers diagnosis for that visit; parts and approved repairs are separate.
02How much will a new system cost to install?+

Yes. Boost Heating and Cooling provides licensed gas-heating service from Coquitlam across the Lower Mainland.
07Why is my furnace blowing cool air?+
The thermostat setting, ignition system, safety controls, airflow or a failed component may be involved. If the issue persists, turn the system off and arrange diagnosis.
08What affects furnace replacement cost?+
Capacity, efficiency, venting, gas and electrical work, duct transitions, controls, access and code-related upgrades can affect the project.
09How long does furnace replacement take?+
Many straightforward replacements can be completed within a working day, while venting, ductwork, access or system changes can require more time. The estimate should explain the expected schedule.
10Can a new thermostat fix furnace problems?+
A thermostat can solve some control issues, but it cannot correct combustion, airflow, overheating or mechanical faults. Diagnosis should confirm the cause first.
