Our standard diagnostic service call is $119. The senior diagnostic service call is $60; please request senior pricing when booking. The $119 flat-rate diagnostic covers the booked issue during that visit, including regular, after-hours and emergency visits. There is no hourly diagnostic charge, regardless of how long the on-site diagnosis takes. Seniors receive priority scheduling where practical, after urgent safety calls and subject to location and technician availability. Diagnosis only. Repairs are quoted separately before you approve the work. The fee covers diagnosis for that visit; parts and approved repairs are separate.
02How much will a new system cost to install?+

03Will a tankless water heater run out of hot water?+
It does not store a fixed tank of hot water, but every unit has a maximum flow capacity. Proper sizing is essential when multiple fixtures run together.
04Do tankless water heaters need maintenance?+
Yes. Periodic inspection and descaling are important, especially where mineral content and usage are higher.
05Can tankless equipment use my existing gas line?+
Sometimes, but capacity must be confirmed. Many tankless systems have higher peak input than a conventional tank.
06Which tankless brands do you service?+
We work with common brands including Navien and Rinnai. Contact us with the model number so we can confirm service options.
07What affects tankless installation cost?+
Gas-line capacity, venting, condensate drainage, water piping, electrical requirements, recirculation and the location of the existing heater all affect scope.
08Why does a tankless unit produce a cold-water sandwich?+
Brief temperature changes can occur between draws or when flow changes quickly. Recirculation design, controls, minimum flow and piping layout may influence the experience.
09Can a tankless heater serve multiple showers?+
Yes, when its flow capacity is sized for simultaneous demand and the incoming water temperature. Every model has a maximum output.
10How long does tankless installation take?+
A straightforward replacement may fit within a day, while conversions from a tank can take longer because of gas, venting, condensate or electrical changes.
