Our standard diagnostic service call is $119. The senior diagnostic service call is $60; please request senior pricing when booking. The $119 flat-rate diagnostic covers the booked issue during that visit, including regular, after-hours and emergency visits. There is no hourly diagnostic charge, regardless of how long the on-site diagnosis takes. Seniors receive priority scheduling where practical, after urgent safety calls and subject to location and technician availability. Diagnosis only. Repairs are quoted separately before you approve the work. The fee covers diagnosis for that visit; parts and approved repairs are separate.
02Why is my AC running but not cooling?+
A dirty filter, airflow problem, control fault, electrical failure, frozen coil or refrigeration issue may be responsible. Proper testing is needed before identifying the cause.
03Is water around my furnace or air handler an AC problem?+
During cooling, condensate passes through indoor drainage components. A blocked drain, frozen coil or damaged pan can cause water, and the equipment should be checked promptly.
04Can you repair central air conditioners from different brands?+
We work with many common residential brands. Share the model number and symptoms when booking so service coverage can be confirmed.
05When should I replace instead of repair my AC?+
Major repair cost, equipment age, condition, efficiency and whether you want heat-pump heating all affect the decision.
