Local service notes
Air-conditioner repair based on the complete cooling system in Surrey.
Surrey homes vary widely in size, age and mechanical design. Larger floor plans, suites and additions can make equipment sizing, zoning and airflow especially important. For this service, weak or missing cooling can involve the thermostat, electrical controls, indoor airflow, condensate drainage, outdoor equipment or the refrigeration system.
Whole-home comfort in a larger Surrey property often depends as much on distribution and controls as on the equipment itself. Service is available across Surrey, including Guildford, Fleetwood, Cloverdale, Newton. Tell us whether the outdoor unit runs, whether airflow is weak, which rooms are affected and whether there is water, ice, unusual noise or a burning smell. An existing cooling fault is a diagnostic visit; a planned AC or heat-pump installation is handled through a free estimate.

- Adding refrigerant without finding the cause of a loss is not a complete repair
- Cooling performance depends on both the equipment and the home’s airflow and heat gain
